Founder-led implementation
Hi, I'm Janis Strauss, the founder of Impact Outreach. I design and implement every system personally.
I learned prospecting by selling books door to door. The work was repetitive, but the lesson was human: people listen when you first earn their attention and trust.
Since then, I have worked in sales and LinkedIn prospecting while developing AI systems for companies. I built this system by testing what creates recognition, what starts real conversations and where AI saves time without replacing the salesperson.
Door-to-door sales taught me to earn attention before asking for the sale.
I turned that lesson into a relationship-first prospecting method.
I built AI systems that run the research, engagement and follow-up consistently.
The complete LinkedIn sequence
Personalised video at scale
Video gets attention because few people send it. Your salesperson records one approved core video. AI changes only the prospect's first name and, when available, company name. The message, offer and CTA stay fixed.
Hey [first name], I wanted to send you something personal.
Hey Andrew, I wanted to send you something personal.
Hey Austin, I wanted to send you something personal.
Built for sales teams
Illustrative steady-state model per salesperson: 20 new connection requests per day, 60% acceptance and 1–2 meetings per day.
| Team | Requests / day | Accepted / day | Meetings / day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1×One salesperson | 20 | ≈ 12 | 1–2 |
| 5×Five salespeople | 100 | ≈ 60 | 5–10 |
400 requests → ≈ 240 accepted → 20–40 meetings
2,000 requests → ≈ 1,200 accepted → 100–200 meetings

Questions buyers ask
LinkedIn can restrict third-party automated activity, so nobody can honestly promise zero risk. We reduce exposure with a staged rollout, conservative per-account limits, approval options, duplicate and reply stops, and an immediate pause control. Across the client campaigns I have run over multiple months, no client has reported an account restriction. That is useful operating history, not a guarantee.
Read the account-use details →Your team approves the voice, claims, examples and patterns the system must avoid. We review real outputs during the initial rollout, and approval gates can remain in place for as long as you want. Anything outside the agreed rules does not have to be sent.
It does not depend on generic scripts or enormous audiences. It works best when you have a clear buyer, a valuable offer and enough LinkedIn activity to create genuine context. We review prospect quality, acceptance, replies and meeting quality before expanding.
Your team helps approve the campaign and initial samples. Once it is running, salespeople focus on replies and meetings while a manager retains visibility and pause controls. It is designed to remove daily prospecting work, not create another full-time operating job.
The implementation is a one-time build and installation, not an agency retainer. One month of launch support and repair coverage for 12 months from go-live are included. Your company keeps paying for the third-party services it uses, such as Sales Navigator, CRM, connectivity and AI infrastructure. New campaigns, new features and ongoing optimisation are quoted separately.
